High contents of problematic liquids disturb the continuous pumping operation by forming of floating covers. If we succeed in preventing this problem, you can do without the regular cleaning
of the sump installation and save the cost required. As a result the pump station would be capable of working continuously.
The EMU Miniprop renders possible a trouble free operation of sump pumping stations and sewage lifting stations with problematic liquid by whirling up deposits and destroying floating covers. Accordingly untreated raw sewage with a high rate of fibrous material (rags, plastic parts etc) and abrasive matter (sand, grit etc) must be circulated. The formation of floating covers is avoided, regular cost-intensive cleaning works are no longer required. Conventional propellers often are easily clogging. By the extemely back-ward-bent shape of the propeller blades and a helix on the propeller hub which is turning in a stainless steel sleeve, very big operation security is reached.
The helix keeps the housing free of fibers, plastic parts, sand etc. Therefore jamming of such parts between hub and housing is no longer possible. Polyurethane is used as propeller material. That high-quality material enables a hydraulically optimal design. Its high efficiency combined with high operation security results in the ideal submersible mixer for the use in pumping stations.
