Some years ago the company WILO EMU decided to go a new way regarding the protection against corrosion - today we use a modern, non-poisonous coating.
Regarding the corrosion protection effect this coating is superior to the former surface systems containing solvents and tar. Due to the high ceramic content the adhesion of our coating is up to 5-times higher.
We achieve this high wet adhesion by no longer working with the usual zinc protection primer. In practice we have already a few thousand pumps in operation which have proved to be worthwhile during the last years.
With its Ceram C0 coating the company WILO EMU provides a superior protection against corrosion offering the customer many advantages.
