Retrofit pumping stations
Everyone knows them: old, rotten pumping stations which must be renovated. But only few know the possibility of a reconstruction with PEHD-sumps. The process could be as follows: on site EMUPORT takes the exact measurements of the existing station incl. all intakes and discharge pipes.
According to these data and the requirements of the customer a completely new pumping station is planned and built including all equipments. After the dismantling of the old station a new floor is built of sand and concrete and the already available EMUPORT pumping station is installed.
The next step is to reestablish the connections so that the new pumping station can be put into operation mostly on the same day, before the necessary backfilling and surface machining. With this method it is not necessary to pump and store the sewage elsewhere or at least this process can be reduced to a minimum.
